Job Description
We're looking for a supervisor, a floor tech & a general cleaner for a long-term evening job in Washington Twp, MI.
Schedule
Evening shift: Mon - Sat
Mon - Fri: 6:00pm - 11:30pm
Sat: 3.5 hours (after 12pm)
Sat: 3.5 hours (after 12pm)
20-40 hours per week (depending on position)
Pay
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour: depending on experience and responsibilities
Paid bi-weekly with direct deposit option
3 positions available:

3 positions available:
- Site Supervisor: $20 - 25/hr.
- Floor Tech: $16 - 18/hr.
- General Cleaner: $16 - $18/hr.
Responsibilities
Follow all health and safety regulations
Site Supervisor:
- Working supervisor; assist with cleaning and floorcare
- Perform quality control to ensure work is complete and the sites are secure at nearby location
- Cover staff shortages as needed at the nearby location in Sterling Heights
- Stock and maintain supply room
Floor Tech: Clean the showroom floors, operate a walk-behind floor scrubber in the garage
General Cleaner: Wiping & dusting surfaces, pulling trash, cleaning restrooms

Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitorial supervisor (5+ years)
- Proven working experience as a floorcare tech and/or janitor (3-5 years)
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to work with others efficiently (team environment)
- Trainable and good communicator
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.
