Schedule
6–7-day shift: Mon - Sun
6-8 hours per night (M-F): 6:00pm - 2:00am (flexible time/on-call Sat & Sun)
35+ hours per week
Pay Scale:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour -Lead Floater Custodian (Depending on Experience)

- Paid time between sites (when using person vehicle)
- Company vehicle may be provided when available
- Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit option
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple sites throughout the Detroit metro area each night; max travel time 60 min one way
- Wiping surfaces, trash removal, cleaning restrooms, backpack vacuum & mopping
- Operate a floor scrubber machine (as needed)
- Open and close sites as necessary
- Starting work at new sites
- Provide Training and Quality Control
- Stock and maintain supply room
- Ability to work with others efficiently
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven recent work experience as a custodian
- Lead Floater Custodian must have 3-5 or more years’ experience as a janitorial team lead/supervisor
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Trainable and communicate effectively
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle (no Lyft, Uber, rideshare, etc.)

Person(s) must be able to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
